How far in advance should I book my totes?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for larger bundles, to make sure your preferred dates are available. If you need totes sooner, reach out and we’ll do our best to fit you in.

Can I extend my rental if I need more time?

Yes. If you need more time with your totes, just contact us before your rental ends and we’ll help you extend it based on availability. Extra days may include a small additional fee.

What is the size of your reusable tote bins?

Each tote measures 27" x 17" x 12" and is a standard large-size industry moving tote, giving you plenty of room for packing while still being easy to carry and stack.

What about cleanliness? Are the totes sanitized between uses?

Yes. After every rental, each tote is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before it goes back out. We inspect our totes for damage, wipe them down, and disinfect them so you always get clean, ready-to-pack bins for your move.
